UPDATE:  We were able to distribute the items collected to those affected by Hurricane Harvey in Houston.  We also partnered with the Houston chapter of the National Black United Front to send supplies to Beaumont, Port Arthur, and Orange Texas.  We are truly grateful for the generous donations and for the volunteers who helped.  This is an ongoing effort to assist those in need.  We are still accepting donations and volunteers for distribution.

Prayer List
Almighty God, we come before you today in need of your healing hand. In you all things are possible. Hold our hearts within yours, and renew our minds, bodies and souls.  We are ill, but still singing praises to you. You gave and you also gave us the gift of infinite joy. Give us the strength to move forward on the path you've laid out for us. Guide us towards better health both physically and spiritually, and give us the wisdom to identify those angels you've placed around us to help us get better.  We pray this prayer in full faith that all things are possible through you.  Amen.
